Pomorskaya Shipyard

Pomorskaya Shipyard is located on the left bank of the Northern Dvina River in Arkhangelsk, in the Isakogorsky territorial district, and occupies an area of over 9 hectares. The territory hosts workshops equipped with modern equipment. Key production sections: hull-welding, mechanical assembly (repair of mechanisms and pipelines), turning and milling, carpentry, production building, slipway equipment repair section, electrical equipment and automation repair section, administrative and economic, transport, materials warehouse. The shipyard has a transverse slipway "G-300" with a horizontal slipway platform, allowing lifting of floating objects with a dock weight of up to 3,000 tons with dimensions: length up to 115 meters, width up to 20 meters, with simultaneous placement of up to 6 vessels. Slipway characteristics: length 128 m, width 96 m, control station equipped with nine inclined lifting tracks with nine wedge trolleys and nine lifting winches 5.5 × 2.8 m. The total area of the horizontal part of the slipway is 12,288 m², and the length of the lifting tracks is 100 m. The berthing wall with a length of over 250 meters allows offering services for berthing vessels during the inter-navigation period with the possibility of scheduled repairs and service work. The berth with a length of 151.8 meters is equipped with a portal crane "KPM-16" with a lifting capacity of 16 tons. The design depth of the berth is 4.8 m, the total length with wing walls is 283.65 m, the width along the PIB is 7.72 m, and the area along the PIB is 1,503.6 m². At the customer's request, electricity, compressed air, water and fuel bunkering are possible. The territory is closed and guarded, which guarantees safe berthing of vessels at any time of day. The enterprise performs work under the supervision and within the scope of inspection of the RS and RRR classification societies for classification and dock repair, and also has a mobile repair team for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs of vessels in the port of Arkhangelsk.
