Pregol Ship Repair Yard

Pregol Ship Repair Yard is located in Kaliningrad, at the southernmost point of the Baltic basin in the North-Western region of Russia. The yard's dock facilities can accommodate vessels up to 145 meters long, 20.5 meters wide, with a draft of up to 6.4 meters and a dock weight of up to 5,000 tons. The yard operates three floating docks. Main work areas: repair of propeller and rudder systems, repair and replacement of metal structures, repair of main and auxiliary diesel engines (ME and AE), repair of fuel equipment and gas turbine superchargers, machining, repair of hatch covers, repair of hydraulic and lifting equipment systems, repair and finishing of vessel interiors, repair of deck and fishing equipment. All production workshops and sections, as well as the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping office, are located on a compact territory within walking distance. The yard services over 100 vessels annually, with a history of 75 years since the first ship repair workshops were established in 1949.
