Pervomayskoye Ship Repair Company is the largest ship repair company in Primorsky Krai, located in Vladivostok on Primorskaya Street. The company has its own repair base, including a ship repair complex, dock production and a support service. The ship repair complex includes fitter-mechanical, hull, piping, electrical, and surfacing and spraying sections; dock production includes painting, hull and fitter sections for repair of propeller-rudder systems and bottom-outboard fittings. All sections are equipped with machine tools, test benches and tooling. The company performs all types of ship repair, including dock current repair, above-water current repair and inter-voyage repair. Main areas: repair of hull structures, repair of all types of main and auxiliary engines, repair of pumps, compressors, separators, repair of steam and waste-heat boilers, repair of deck machinery, cargo winches, capstans, windlasses, trawl systems, repair and manufacture of all types of pipelines, repair of electrical equipment and automation. The company repairs propellers with a diameter from 300 mm to 4000 mm made of various metals (steel, bronze, brass) with restoration of blade integrity and welding of blade alloys, as well as grinding, defect detection and static balancing of propellers weighing up to 5 tons. Unique equipment allows processing parts with a diameter of up to 1000 mm, a length of 8 m, with a total weight of up to 10 tons and a processing accuracy of up to 0.03 mm. In addition to repair work, the company performs shifting, provides vessels with electricity, water, a temporary fire system and vehicles. About 80% of the total work volume is performed in-house.
