📋 About the shipyard
Dalzavod Ship Repair Center is located in Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, at 2 Dalzavodskaya Street. The enterprise is the main ship repair base of the surface and diesel-electric submarine fleet of Russia in the Pacific Ocean. The shipyard possesses a dock complex unique for Russia, which includes two dry docks and two floating docks, allowing servicing of vessels with a displacement of up to 26,000 tons and a length of up to 170 meters. The shipyard territory hosts 9 main production workshops and 3 auxiliary workshops. The lifting and transport equipment fleet includes 11 portal cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 80 tons, 3 floating cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 150 tons, 2 floating docks with a displacement of 7,500 and 8,500 tons, 3 tugs with a capacity of 110 to 880 kW, and 63 units of automotive equipment. The machine park numbers over 800 units of equipment. The shipyard performs a wide range of shipbuilding and ship repair works, including dock repairs, outfitting work complex, production of ship furniture, pipelines production, repair of diesel equipment and ICE, machining production, major repair of steam and water boilers, production of spare parts, forged parts and cast parts, laboratory services, and plasma metal cutting. The quality management system is certified in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001 and GOST RV 0015-002, as well as MSISO 9001:2015. The enterprise is certified in the voluntary certification system "Military Register".
