JSC "Ship Repair Center "Dalzavod" is a subsidiary of JSC "Modern Ship Repair Technologies", part of the JSC "STS" group of companies. The enterprise was founded in 1887 as a mechanical plant of the Russian Naval Department and is the oldest shipyard in Vladivostok. Over its more than 130-year history, the plant has evolved from a mechanical plant into the main ship repair base of the surface and diesel-electric submarine fleet of Russia in the Pacific Ocean. In 2009, Dalzavod joined the structure of JSC "DCSS", combining the main capacities and human resources of the 178th military ship repair plant, and received a new name: JSC "Ship Repair Center "Dalzavod". The enterprise is the successor and bearer of ship repair traditions. Today it is a dynamically developing enterprise with high technical and production potentials, which efficiently and timely performs a wide range of shipbuilding and ship repair works, as well as works on the manufacture of metal structures and pipelines for infrastructure and oil and gas projects. The enterprise is certified in the voluntary certification system "Military Register" and has more than 20 types of licenses, certificates, and permits for various types of activities.

Pervomayskoye Ship Repair Company LLC is the largest ship repair company in Primorsky Krai, founded in 2006. The company separated from the former Pervomaysky Ship Repair Plant in 2005 after its reorganization. Today the enterprise has its own production base on Primorskaya Street in Vladivostok, comprising a ship repair complex, dock production and a support service. The ship repair complex includes fitter-mechanical, hull, piping, electrical, and surfacing and spraying sections; dock production includes painting, hull and fitter sections for repair of propeller-rudder systems and bottom-outboard fittings. Total staff exceeds 200 people. Annually the company performs 70 to 80 orders for current repair of fishing, transport, specialized and auxiliary fleet vessels, of which 50 to 60 vessels are repaired directly in the dock and 90 to 140 fleet units undergo inter-voyage repair. About 80% of the total work volume is performed in-house.

Seven Feet Yacht Club (ОО) is the successor of the legendary Trud trade union yacht club and the largest yacht club in the Russian Far East. The organization unites over 300 adult yachtsmen and about 80 students of the children's sailing school, developing sailing, windsurfing, iceboating, rowing, diving and Paralympic sailing in Primorsky Krai. The club hosts the region's largest regattas, including the Seven Feet Cup, the Peter the Great Gulf Cup, the Far Eastern Federal District Championship, and the Far Eastern Cup held during the Eastern Economic Forum. The founder and permanent commander of the club is Mikhail Ermakov, vice-president of the All-Russian Sailing Federation. The club trains athletes, organizes competitions and promotes sailing in the Russian Far East.
