Consulting services in shipbuilding and ship repair — tasks for consulting companies and experts
Consulting in shipbuilding and ship repair is a complex of services for independent expertise, technical, legal and financial support of projects related to vessels, fleet, shipyards and maritime infrastructure. The industry is capital-intensive, complex and internationally regulated: an error in a project, contract, valuation or tax scheme can cost millions. Consultants help shipowners, shipyards, fleet operators, investors and insurance companies make informed decisions at all stages — from vessel purchase and repair to modernisation, insurance and dispute resolution. The Steel Water task board publishes tasks for all types of consulting — technical, legal and financial.
Tasks are posted by shipowners, shipping companies, technical managers, fleet operators, shipyards, ship repair enterprises, investors, banks, insurance companies, P&I clubs and law firms. Contractors are consulting companies, expert engineers, maritime lawyers, financial consultants, auditors, appraisers, technical and industry experts with maritime industry experience.
